Dr. Fu Qiang is the Deputy Director, Department of Applied Mathematics and Systems Engineering, Chongqing University. From 1998-1999, Guest Professor, Business School, University of New South Wales. From 1996-2000, Associate Professor, School of Economics and Business Administration, Chongqing University.
