Dr. Hong Li is affiliated to Environmental and Biological Engineering, Chongqing Technology and Business University, where Dr. Hong Li is currently working as Associate Professor. Dr. Hong Li has authored and co-authored several national and international publications and also working as a reviewer for reputed professional journals. Dr. Hong Li is having an active association with different societies and academies around the world. Dr. Hong Li made his mark in the scientific community with the contributions and widely recognition from honourable subject experts around the world. Dr. Hong Li has received several awards for the contributions to the scientific community. Dr. Hong Li major research interest involves comprehensive utilization of agriculture products resources, focus on extraction and purification of functional factors from fruits and vegetables, Chinese medicine or microorganism and assessment of physiological function as well as research on a new bio-packaging materials and food safety detection technology.
