Biography
Dr. Yoojung Ahn is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at City University Hong Kong. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Her research interests lie broadly at the intersection of sustainability, strategy, and organizational theory. She incorporates a socio-cognitive view of strategy combined with institutional theory and behavioral theory to better understand firms’ strategic actions, such as pursuing sustainability. In particular, she is interested in understanding sustainability from a multilevel perspective, incorporating individual, firm, and industry levels.
