Biography
Ziguang Chen is a professor of organizational behavior and human resource management at the Department of Management, City University of Hong Kong. He received his PhD in international development from Nagoya University, Japan. His research focuses on organizational behavior and human resource issues in China, including managerial skill practices, cross-cultural human resource development, proactive behavior, and leader-member exchange in Chinese firms.
