Stacie Rodgers

Biography

Ms. Rodgers joined the Company in March, 2014 as Director of Human Resources. She served in this capacity until January 2015, when she was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to March, 2014, Ms. Rodgers worked at S Rodgers Consulting from January 2012 to March 2014. She assisted start up’s and established companies with strategies regarding Human Capital. She also assisted companies with talent management, strategic planning, employee relations and policies and handbook creation. Prior to consulting, she worked at Cutera from 1999-2012, where she was the Vice President of Human Resources. She worked with the management team and helped the company grow from 5 employees to over 200 employees, worldwide. In 2004, she assisted the company in going from a privately held company to a public venture. She was responsible for the creation of the HR department, which included the implementation of their benefit programs, company handbook, policies, compensation guidelines and training programs. Prior to 1999, she worked at Coherent from 1986 to 1999. Stacie holds a BA degree from Santa Clara University
