Biography
Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, aged 77, has been an Executive Director of the Company since 1988. He was appointed as Executive Chairman of the Company in 2005 and this title was subsequently changed to Chairman with effect from February 2010. Mr. Chearavanont was appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Company in April 2012. Mr. Chearavanont is also the Senior Chairman of Charoen Pokphand Group Company Limited. He has extensive experience in establishing and operating businesses in Asia, Europe and USA. He also holds directorship in a subsidiary of the Company. Mr. Chearavanont is also the chairman of Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited, True Corporation Public Company Limited and CP ALL Public Company Limited (companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand).
