Biography
Chao Dobin is Lecturer at Dalian University of Technology, China. Research topics are Preparation of Photoluminescent Materials and Their Photophysical and Photochemical Properties, and to explore the application of luminescent materials in chemical sensing systems and energy conversion in the detection of ionic and functional small molecule compounds, photoelectric catalysis in the decomposition of water and the application of carbon dioxide, the sun-driven organic chemical reaction preparation of fine chemical raw materials, solar energy into chemical energy.
