Biography
Cheng Chuntian is Associate Professor Hydropower and Water Information Institute from Dalian University of Technology School of Hydraulic Engineering.He has More than 200 journal articles have been published and SCI has collected more than 40 articles. He cited more than 100 papers in a single SCI and 2 papers in ESI.
