"Fan Shuli is an Associate Professor of Marine Engineering at School of School of Hydraulic Engineering Dalian University of Technology, China. Mainly engaged in research and analysis of hydraulic structure and mechanism of the earthquake disaster of major projects, divided into three directions: under complicated geological conditions concrete dam power reliability analysis: direction of the pair in two directions: power engineering disaster mechanism structure and seismic safety evaluation of direction Three: nuclear power engineering and underground engineering structure seismic analysis "
