Biography
He Bin is an Assistant Professor of Marine Engineering at School of School of Hydraulic Engineering Dalian University of Technology, China. His research projects are (1) National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Science Fund Project), based on information fusion of river basin flood control decision-making process modeling method, 2010 - 2012, the project leader (2) Dalian Water Affairs Bureau, Dalian City, water resources sustainable use of integrated planning (2.46 million yuan), 2010-2012, one of the project leader (3) Dalian water Affairs Bureau, Dalian rational allocation of water resources and water right initial research question (380,000 yuan), from 2006 to 2007 in one of the technical director (4) major scientific and technological projects in Heilongjiang Province, Heilongjiang provincial flood control systems engineering decision support system (5.25 million yuan), from 2001 to 2006, the main participants (5) Heilongjiang Land Reclamation Bureau, Heilongjiang Province Reclamation of flood control integrated information service system design and development (No. 1), 500,000 yuan, from 2003 to 2004, the main participants.
