Biography
Li Min Ph.D., Associate professor of Hydrology and water resources, engaged in flood resources utilization, fuzzy hydrology and water resources, teaching and research work; undergraduate courses "water resources planning and utilization", combined doctoral course "engineering fuzzy set theory and its Applied "; from July 2011 to July 2012 as a national visiting scholar to the University of Arizona, Department of Hydrology and Water Resources, exchange and visit for one year.
