Liang Guohua is an Assistant Professor of Marine Engineering at School of School of Hydraulic Engineering Dalian University of Technology, China. His research topics are (1) a variety of information coupling utilization of the flood season reservoir water level real-time control research, the National Natural Science Foundation of Youth Fund, project leader, 2009-2011 (2) reservoir flood resource utilization risk ~ comprehensive assessment and risk control research ( the core topic), the national ""Eleventh five-Year"" plan to support the project, theme Leader, 2006-2009 etc.,
