Biography

Dr. Russel is a senior environmental expert in Bangladesh and has a rich and solid professional background in environmental science and environmental engineering. His research interests include sewage treatment, environmental planning and management, environmental risk assessment, pollution control of hazardous materials, biosecurity, environmental science Environmental engineering, land pollution control, environmental toxicology research, enzyme immunoassay, ADB monitoring and so on. Dr. Russel has extensive research and engineering experience in the above areas. He has worked in the United Nations Headquarters for Sustainable Development in New York and has been involved in environmental improvement projects in different provinces and municipalities (financed by the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, International Finance Corporation, Global Environment Facility, US Trade and Development Agency) To provide the appropriate technical support, with a wealth of on-site assessment, repair, sewage treatment plants, solid waste disposal, central heating and roads and other aspects of work experience.
