Biography

Ning Yadong, professor, born in December 1966. Dalian University of Technology Department of Mechanical Engineering after graduation to stay in school work. In 1999, he went to Japan to study and work. He received a master's degree in economics from the University of Saitama in Japan and a doctorate in economics. He studied at the Japan Earth Environment Industry Technology Research Institute (RITE), the Japan Industrial Technology Research Institute (AIST) and the Saitama University jobs. Returned in October 2007. Mainly engaged in energy and environment economic theory and policy, low-carbon economy, circular economy and energy-saving emission reduction measures and other research. He is currently the Deputy Secretary-General of the Committee of Resources and Economic Research of China Natural Resources Society, Executive Director of Energy Resources System Engineering Branch of China Society of Systems Engineering, Executive Director of China Association for Optimizing Law and Economic Matters, Executive Director of Energy Economics and Management Research, China Law and Economy Director of the Low Carbon Development Management Committee, "The Scientific World Journal" and "Low Carbon Economy" magazine editorial board.
