Zhou Hao is a Lecturer of the School of Food and Environment of Dalian University of Technology, China.
Research Interest
He is mainly interested in the biodegradation process of environmental pollutants and the structural-functional relationship of their related proteins. During the period of the doctor's focus on the biphenyl metabolic pathway in the intermittent ring-opening product hydrolase structure-function relationship. In this paper, the key structural elements that determine the specificity of MCP biochemicals were first explored by semi-rational design method. The lid domain and inactive position were determined for the first time. BphD and MfphA were used to study the catalytic properties of immobilized enzyme. The molecular simulation method was used to predict the enzyme immobilization conditions and the enzyme- Mechanism of action.
