Biography
More than 20 years of biomedical company's research, product development, management and operational experience. He was a senior vice president and chief scientist at GeWay Bioteh, where he was responsible for the development, production, quality control and technical services of thousands of antibodies, protein products and kits. Previously at GenStar Therapeutics, he was the former R & D director of antitumor research and development and hemophilia gene therapy products, and was responsible for R & D team formation, project and product development to guide cGMP production and quality. Control design, solve the key technical problems in the production process, and participate in IND approval and the establishment of internal clinical laboratory. From 2005 to 2008, Baxter was responsible for the development of anti-tumor cells and gene therapy and hemophilia gene therapy products. Graduated from Zhejiang University Medical School, received a doctorate in molecular biology from Alabama University in the United States and completed postdoctoral at MD Anderson Cancer Center. In the gene expression vector, gene expression and gene transduction, tumor immunity, antibody applications, etc., has declared a number of related patents and published dozens of professional papers and review.
