Biography
YIN Jitai, aged 51, was appointed as an executive director and general manager of the Company in June 2014. Mr. Yin is chief senior engineer, specialist of the State Council (國務院特貼專家), state level first-class sommelier (國家一級å“酒師), first-class winemaker (一級釀酒師), “Brewmaster of China” (ä¸åœ‹é‡€é…’大師) title awarded by China Alcoholic Drinks Association (ä¸åœ‹é…’æ¥å”會). Mr. Yin is a director and general manager of Sino-French Joint-Venture Dynasty Winery Limited (“Dynasty Winery”). He has more than 20 years’ experience in the wine industry and is a member of wine technology committee and executive member of council of China Alcoholic Drinks Association and China Food Industry Association (ä¸åœ‹é£Ÿå“å·¥æ¥å”會). Mr. Yin is the state level grape wines appraisal judge. He is also qualified as senior professional manager (é«˜ç´šè·æ¥ç¶“ç†äºº)
Research Interest
He graduated from Tianjin Industrial College in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in food engineering where he majored in food fermentation. He obtained a master degree of business administration from Nankai University in May 2014. He also acted as a part-time professor of Tianjin University, a visiting professor of Tianjin University of Science & Technology and a part-time tutor of post-graduate course of China Agricultural University. He has received several technology progress awards, etc. in the industry from the state, provincial level and Tianjin city. Mr. Yin joined the Group in 1992.
