Biography
BI Xiuli, a professor at School of Life Science, Liaoning University, received B.S. from Hebei Medical University in 2000, obtained her Ph.D on Pharmacology in 2005 at Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, China, completed the postdoctoral research during 2005-2007 in University of Alabama at Birmingham in USA, and worked as Research associate and Instructor in University of Illinois at Chicago in USA during 2007-2010
Research Interest
Our lab research focuses on the carcinogenesis and chemoprevention of colorectal cancer. Particular the role of tumor microenvironment in the formation and development of colorectal cancer, and the role of epigenetic regulation in Wnt signaling pathway in colorectal prevention using natural factors intervention is the current research focus.
