UO Zhongyi (1956- ) , a Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy, School of Philosophy and Public Administration, Liaoning University. He received Ph.D degree from Institute of Philosophy and Social, Jilin University. His primary areas of research are Economic Philosophy, Theory of Social Development, Transportation Economics.
