Biography
LIU Dawei, born in 1976, received master of law and the PhD of management, Associate professor of Law School of Liaoning University, mainly engaged in jurisprudence, law and economics teaching and research activities. The main research direction is public regulation, published more than 30 articles in "social science", "China law research", "open time" academic journals.
