Xue Youlin, male, 36 years old, Ph.D., associate professor of Light Industry College, Liaoning University. Council member of Liaoning Food Safety Expert Committee, and member of Japan Society for Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Agrochemsitry, and the Crystallographic Society of Japan. The main research interest is the extraction of plant active substances, structure-function relationship analysis and functional properties of proteins.
