YANG Aibing, an associate professor at Department of National Economic Management , Liaoning university. Posion is vice director of department . I completed my Ph .D. Economics in 2004 at Liaoning University. Research field : Social Insurance and Training of innovative talents . The main research achievements are as follows: Be involved in programming of over 10 works ; Published 26 articles as the first author ; Presided 17 scientific research projects .
