He is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer Practice and Technology and Communications Practice. He is also an experienced advisor to senior executives. He is also a celebrated leadership workshop facilitator and trainer for executives. He has gained deep insight into leadership through his 20 years of work at Egon Zehnder and his previous professional executive roles with successful enterprises. His knowledge for coaching, teaching, and facilitating combines intuitive wisdom, practical tools, and contemporary psychology, neuroscience, and change management disciplines. His focus on executive coaching is on working with senior executives who are committed to professional and personal improvement and achievement. He also coaches team for team effectiveness improvement. In addition, he is a frequent speaker at different global, regional and local events regarding talent and leadership.
