Biography
He was one of the early adopters of energy Internet concept in China. He was involved in the concept definition of China's energy Internet and served as the head of the National Energy Board's "Energy Internet System Support" "Internet + Intelligent Energy Action Plan" to support the research group members, the whole involved in China's energy Internet policy development.
