Biography
Jan Macpherson is Non-Executive Director of the Company. She has worked for Brookfield Rail Pty Ltd (“Brookfield”) as General Counsel and Company Secretary since March 2015. Before she joined Brookfield, she worked as a senior executive for various exploration and energy companies. Ms Macpherson who has strong legal background, rich corporate experience and special skills agree to join the Board and believes that her appointments will greatly assist the future growth of the Company.
