Biography
Mrs. Efrat Manoff was appointed as Enzymotec Chief of Operations in March 2016. Between 2012 and 2016 Mrs. Manoff severed as the Bio Active Ingredients (BAI) business unit products manager, with responsibilities for the marketing and the continuous development of the BAI products. In 2009, as soon as Enzymotec new constructed production plant in Israel, commenced its production activities, Mrs. Manoff was appointed as the operation and production manager of this plant, with the responsibilities for the plant production, processes, operation, HSE and the plant maintenance. Efrat started her professional career as a chemical engineer in the R&D and Pilot process department of Perrigo Pharmaceutical plant in Israel. Efrat Manoff is holding a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Ben Gurion University in Beer Sheva, Israel and Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from this university.
