Biography
Mr. Cao was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company in June 2013. Mr. Cao is currently a professor of accounting at Shanghai Lixin Accounting Institute. He is also an executive director of the China Enterprise Management Research Association. He is a member of the National Committee of Applied Research Institutions of Higher Education.
