Biography
Born in 1972, master. Mr. Chen joined the Group in April 1994 and was appointed as a director of the Company in May 2005. Mr. Chen is an executive director and co-president of Fosun International Co., Ltd., a non-executive director of Sinopharm Holdings Co., Ltd., director of Zhejiang Di'an Diagnostic Technology Co., Ltd., director of Beijing Sanyuan Food Co., Ltd. and He Kang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. director. Mr. Chen is currently the president of China Pharmaceutical Materials Association, vice president of China Pharmaceutical Industry Research and Development Association, vice president of China Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Association, vice president of China Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry Association, Shanghai Biomedical Industry Association and Shanghai Vice president of genetic society.
