Biography
Mr. Guan was appointed as the supervisor of the Company in June 2014. From September 2000 to August 2014, he was appointed professor of Shanghai National Accounting Institute. Mr. Yu was appointed as an independent director of the Company from May 2007 to June 2013. He was an independent non-executive director of the Company from October 2012 to June 2013.
