Biography
Mr. Guo joined the Group in January 1994 and was appointed as a director of the Company since May 1995. He was the Chairman of the Company from July 1995 to October 2007. Mr. Guo is currently an executive director and chairman of Fosun International Limited, a director of the Mediterranean Club and a non-executive director of Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd.
Research Interest
Mr. Guo is currently the President of Shanghai Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, the 10th and the 11th National People's Congress and the Ninth and Twelfth National Commissions of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
