Biography
Mr. Jiang was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company in June 2015. Mr. Jiang has been a partner and senior partner of Shanghai United Law Firm since August 1989.
Research Interest
He has been an arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission since December 2003, Arbitration of Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center) , Since September 2006, is a visiting professor of East China University of Political Science and Law (formerly known as East China University of Politics and Law). Since January 2011, he has been a mediator of Shanghai Economic and Commercial Mediation Center. Since May 2012, he has been a senior mediator in Singapore Mediation Center.
