Biography
Born in 1954, master. Mr. Cao was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company in June 2013. Mr. Cao is currently a professor of accounting at Shanghai Lixin Accounting Institute. He is also an executive director of the China Enterprise Management Research Association. He is a member of the National Committee of Applied Research Institutions of Higher Education. Mr. Cao is currently an independent director of Shanghai Bailian Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Industrial Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Henderson Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Feike Electric Co., Ltd.
