Biography
Born in 1950, Bachelor. Mr. Guan was appointed as the supervisor of the Company in June 2014. From September 2000 to August 2014, he was appointed professor of Shanghai National Accounting Institute. Mr. Yu was appointed as an independent director of the Company from May 2007 to June 2013. He was an independent non-executive director of the Company from October 2012 to June 2013. Mr. Guan is currently an independent director of Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. and an independent non-executive director of China Shipping Container Transport Co., Ltd. Mr. Teng has served as an independent non-executive director of Tianjin Venture Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., an independent director of Chongqing Bo Teng Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and an independent director of Bank of Shanghai Co., Ltd.
