Biography
Born in 1969, undergraduate. Mr. Wang joined the Group in January 1994 and has been appointed as a director of the Company since May 1995. Mr. Wang served as Director and General Manager of the Company from 1995 to 2007 and served as Chairman of the Board of the Company from October 2007 to June 2010. Mr. Wang is an executive director and president of Fosun International Limited, a non-executive director of Sinopharm Holdings Limited, a director of Henan Lingrui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and a director of Shanghai Yuyuan Tourism Mall Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang is currently Vice President of China International Chamber of Commerce and Honorary President of Shanghai Huzhou Chamber of Commerce.
