Biography
Born in 1969, master's degree. Mr. Yao joined the Group in April 2010 and was appointed as a director of the Company in June 2010. Mr. Yao is currently Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Sinopharm. Mr. Yao has been the Vice President of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Industry Association since June 2010.
