Biography
Mr. Wei was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company in June 2016. Mr. Wei was an analyst and senior analyst at The MAC Group, Inc. (now Cap Gemini Capgemini Consulting) from 1987 to 1990, and was a financial analyst at Postal Buddy Corporation from 1992 to 1994, From 1994 to 2001, he was appointed as executive director, assistant manager, manager, assistant director and director of the Corporate Finance Department (now JP Morgan Chase) of Jifu Group (Hong Kong).
