Biography
HEN Qin, male, born in March 1963, associate professor, undergraduate education, i graduated from Zhengzhou Grain College n 1986. Since graduation, mainly engaged in food science and engineering, food quality and safety in teaching and research. Has presided over a number of issues involved in provincial level and above, for grain and oil processing, storage, quality management theory and new technologies for a more in-depth study of the system. Has been involved in scientific research by the Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award three, won the national patent, domestic core journals published more than 10 papers.
