Research Interest
Mainly in Arabidopsis as the research object, comprehensive genetics, biochemistry, cell biology and genomics and other methods to explore: 1) the processing of plant RNA and the mechanism of action, mainly focused on the dynamic regulation of small RNA processing complex and The molecular basis of different kinds of non-coding RNA conversations; 2) the biological function and mechanism of small RNAs in the process of plant sperm cell formation and male parent epigenetic information reprogramming, focusing on the antagonism of different types of small RNAs in sperm cells Biological significance and its molecular mechanism.
