Male, born in 1955, Ph.D., professor. 1977-1981 Anhui Forestry University Department of Forestry, Bachelor of Agriculture. In 1984 by Beijing Forestry University Master of forest ecology. In 1997 by the University of Edinburgh Ph.D. in Ecology. 1985-1994 Assistant professor of ecology at Beijing Forestry University, lecturer, 1998-2001 Independent postdoctoral fellow at the University of Edinburgh, UK, and researcher at Aberdeen University in the UK from 2001-2005. Research Interest
Atmospheric-plant-soil interfacial processes, soil carbon and nitrogen cycling and regulation mechanisms, soil greenhouse gas emissions; the impact of global climate change and land-use change on soil ecosystem processes; changes in soil environment and carbon and nitrogen processes at different spatio- And human disturbance response; soil ecological model.
