Male, born in 1948, Ph.D., professor. 1978-1982 Department of Biology, Fudan University, received a bachelor's degree; 1990 by the United States Purdue University Biochemistry Ph.D. 1992-1994 Shanghai Promega Production Manager, 1995 Shanghai Institute of Plant Physiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences researcher, the incumbent National Human Genome Southern Research Center Executive Director, biochips Shanghai National Engineering Center Director, Fudan University, Department of Microbiology and Microbial Engineering , Chairman of Chinese Society of Microbiology. In 2005 was selected as Chinese Academy of Sciences.
