Research Interest
Yeast Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering: Using yeast model organisms and mammalian cells to study the mechanisms of action of genetic regulation and epigenetic regulation on DNA damage response, gene expression, and maintenance of genomic stability, and to find new targets for antitumor drugs At the same time, we studied the rules of high level expression of exogenous genes in yeast and realized the high level expression of foreign proteins (such as medicinal proteins, medicinal peptides, cellulolytic enzymes) in yeast system, To meet the production needs of yeast genetic engineering strains, used in industrial production.
