Research Interest
Electrophysiology, cell and molecular biology and other means to study the development of synaptic connections formation and control mechanisms and characteristics. At present, there are mainly three directions: (1) the characteristics of the conversion of long-term potentiation (LTP) or long-term depression (LTD) during development in the superior colliculus and the mechanism of extracellular / intracellular control; ( 2) the characteristics of the interaction between synaptic plasticity in development and the synaptic input of neurons at different layers of rat primary visual cortex; (3) the alternative splicing of neurotransmitter receptor protein mRNA To investigate the effect of different conformations of AMPA receptor Flip / Flop on synaptic plasticity.
