Research Interest
He has been engaged in the molecular genetics research of tuberculosis-related bacteria for a long time. In recent years, his work has focused on new anti-tuberculosis vaccines, including strategies for the development of recombinant BCG and subunit vaccines, and the genetic mechanism of long-term latent infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the host.
