Biography

Research Interest
Applied Sustainable Development requires an overview across different disciplines as well as depth in a specialism. My specialism has been waste management but more recently it is Values-based Indicators (see www.ESDinds.eu and www.WeValue.org) which has applications in environmental topics, business, economics, government, civil society and education where it can be used to develop mission statements, prioritise, measure progress and cause deep behaviour change. Papers and working papers on these will be available online shortly.
