Biography
Fudan University in 2006 received a doctorate in genetics; 2006-2010 Fudan University Institute of Biomedical Sciences as an assistant researcher; 2010-2011 in Fudan University School of Life lecturer; September 2011 as Fudan University School of Life Associate Professor. Research Interest
The genetic mechanisms of complex traits (diseases) include: (1) the molecular mechanism of yeast-based studies on complex genetic variations of cell resistance to ethanol, cell adhesion, and transcriptional regulation; (2) based on the transcriptome, miRNA group, exome group and methylation group, to find out and discover the genetic variants that cause the occurrence and development of non-small cell lung cancer, and to reveal its molecular mechanism.
