Research Interest
Mouse and human genes function and mechanism of action of conservation, organ development and metabolic regulation process is similar to research and development and disease mechanisms, the development of disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment methods of great value. Our group established a piggyBac transposon for mammalian efficient gene mutation and function analysis. We can see a series of genetic research methods such as fluorescent labeling and somatic mitosis and recombination, Of the world's largest mouse gene mutant library for further analysis of development and disease mechanisms, research and development of animal models of disease has laid a good foundation. At present, our group is relying on this mouse mutant resources, combined with cell and biochemical means of screening for metabolic and renal development related genes and mechanism of action.
