Biography
Male, born in 1976, Ph.D., associate researcher, doctoral tutor, proteomics PI. He received a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Beijing Normal University in 1998 and a master's degree in biochemistry from Beijing Normal University in 2001. 2001 - 2004 Beijing Huada Gene Research Center work. 2004-2008 Ph.D. in Proteomics and Biomass Spectroscopy at Southern Denmark University, Denmark. 2008-2010 Postdoctoral work at University of Southern Denmark, Denmark, 2010-2012 Postdoctoral fellow, University of Aarhus, Denmark. In 2013, he was employed as an associate researcher at the School of Life Sciences, Fudan University, an independent PI.
Research Interest
Methodological Studies on Proteomics and Metabolomics Based on Biomass Spectroscopy. Mainly include proteomics sample preparation, proteomics, protease deep sequencing, end proteomics and proteome deep coverage studies.
