Biography
China University of Science and Technology in juvenile class in 1979, graduated from the Department of radio electronics in 1984. National University of Japan, Graduate School of Biological Sciences, Ph.D. 1984-1999, Wuhan Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences (since 1996 as a researcher), during which the University of California, Berkeley and Michigan State University collaborative research for 4 years. Since 2000, he has been Professor of Life Science College of Fudan University and director of Center for Evolutionary Biology, mainly engaged in plant molecular evolution and bioinformatics research. In 2009, he was approved by the Ministry of Education as Distinguished Professor of the Yangtze River Project (Tibet University) and the sixth batch of cadres aiding Tibet.
