Research Interest
The main research direction of our laboratory is the development of cerebral synaptic circuit. Our research goal is to reveal how the cerebral cortex forms synaptic loops, the developmental characteristics of synaptic loops between different neurons and their molecular mechanisms, and attempts to elucidate the mechanisms by which these neural circuits process information. We will use multi-channel patch clamp recording, brain slices optical stimulation, electric field transgene, mouse genetic analysis and cell, molecular biology, behavior and other research tools, the use of isolated brain slices and the whole animal model of neural circuits Development of molecules to the overall level of research.
