Research Interest
Protein Corna—Upon contact with biological matrices, nanoparticle surfaces are modified immediately by the adsorption of biomolecules, leading to the formation of a protein corona. In my laboratory, the spectroscopy such as FT-IR and fluorescence, was used to address the structural changes of protein in corona. Protein Conformational change—Knowledge of protein conformation has been one of the major goals in biochemistry. Recently, we are working on the conformational change of calcineurin induced by Ca/Calmodulin binding.
